Just a thank you for all the effort you have put into my training regime. As you know i started my fitness journey when i was 21 st 10 pounds as i write this today i an currently 14 st 4 pounds. Your constant dedication and determination for me to succeed is evident in my results. One of the huge benefits i have gained is that, I have had a bad hip injury for 30 years and was in a lot of pain . The stretching exercises and the yoga/ Pilates schedule has now,  got me  to a position of no pain and huge increase of mobility. 

This is priceless and your efforts to help me achieve this has changed my whole life experience .

I supposed what makes you different is that your care immensely for your  clients and have their best interests at heart.

 

You actually want them to achieve their goals and fitness aspirations. Although you put me through my paces , you can not count (i sure i had done 10, is a constant thought in my head, Julia always gets more out of you), push me when needed, hold back when having a bad day. Fundamentally we are lucky on the Wirral to have a world class Personal Trainer on our door step, and not have to travel to London. 

 

Thank you, Julia, One downside of Julia, i have gone from a 44 waist to 34 waist and costing me a fortune in new clothes. Oh yes Julia can not count . 

 

Pain free, 7 stone lighter and in the best shape of my life and Julia has played such a massive part in my Journey and pushed me all the way. Trust Julia and you will achieve your fitness dreams. So grateful for all your help.

Been training with Julia for over 1 year. Getting Julia as my PT was the best decision ever. I had been talking about it with a friend for a long time. We decided to go for it and had heard through word of mouth how good Julia was. We instantly hit it off with her. She took time to go through our current fitness, medical issues,  what we wanted out of our training and discussed our nutrition. 

 

I year prior I had a knee injury and had an arthroscopy and cartilage removed. The surgery was unsuccessful so I continued with daily knee pain and was unable to cycle or run. 

 

Since coming to Julia and her focussing on  knee strengthening my knee is much improved. I can now cycle and run and rarely have pain in my knee.

 

As well as becoming physically fitter and more toned I also feel I have more energy now. 

 

Julia has pushed me to levels I didn't think I would get to. In the summer we did Total Warrior together. Prior to training I would not have been able to do it. I loved every minute and am planning my next challenge!

 

Cannot recommend Julia enough!! Best decision I made. Looking forward to more training :)

I started my personal sessions with Julia 8 weeks post partum, I had a really bad pregnancy I suffered with severe symphysis pubis dysfuction and ended up on crutches, I also had high blood pressure on medication and was monitored closely for pre eclampsia. Due to being immobile i couldn’t do anything and comfort ate a lot , putting on over four stone during pregnancy. I knew I needed a personal trainer because of what I when through I didn’t want to injure myself just going to the gym on my own. I contacted Julia and I haven’t looked back she has been amazing and helped me get my confidence back when I had been feeling really low. She pushes me more than I would ever push myself and has a fab work ethic. Every session is different and after it I feel so good!! It’s hard getting exercise in with a new baby and Julia has been really accommodating and I have taken my little boy with me while I do my workout. I have trained with Julia for 20 weeks and have lost over 3 stone. I still haven’t reached my goal but I am so happy with the progress I have made so far all thanks to Julia . She is a gorgeous person inside and out who motivates and really cares about her clients. Thank you Julia you are the best !!!

Amazing, that is Julia!

I have been training with her for nearly 3 years now, 2-3 times a week. She's an incredible personal training instructor who is not only a qualified expert but gets to know you individually so she can tailor the perfect workouts for you.

I've never been so strong and healthy!
